Great location close to the Indian market and a major street, and just a short walk from the centre. Rooms have convenient outlets next to the beds and there are shops nearby. Staff is polite, rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the showers have reliable hot water. the hotel provides ample blankets to keep warm on chilly nights.
Occasional street noise can be heard in the rooms overlooking the street.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the location. It was a short walk to the main plaza and Indian market, convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they provided complimentary coca tea, a local favorite. the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amazing view of the city and mountains were some of the best hotel facilities I've ever experienced.
For us, it was ideal.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including local dishes. the location was excellent, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is close to the Indian market, making it convenient for souvenir shopping. Additionally, being next to a major street and near an outlet makes it easily accessible and close to everything you need. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and their friendliness adds a personal touch to the stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, especially the ones on the upper floors at the front of the building, are well-maintained and comfortable. The good shower and the availability of double beds make the stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered, except for the coffee which was horrendous, includes fresh bread rolls.
All was fine during our stay.

Nice breakfast and accommodating staff. Great location close to the main square and local shops.- It was great to have free coca tea to enjoy during our stay.
The noise from the road was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovating.
